Happy Mother’s Day to everyone!

This week has actually been all about my son here. It was his 6th birthday on Thursday, and today is his birthday party. Hopefully the weather stays nice and we can have everyone running around in the backyard with the bouncy castle. Otherwise they’ll be all over the house.

Books read:
Being EmilyBeing Emily – This is such a powerful story about a girl born in a boy’s body. It was a very captivating read.

Once a ThiefOnce a Thief -Light-hearted and fun, this book was exactly was I was wanting at the time – a pure entertainment read.

Sharp ObjectsSharp Objects – So messed up. So very messed up.

Seven Exes Are Eight Too ManySeven Exes Are Eight Too Many – So sweet and funny. I read this in one day because it was just too fun to put down.

Books received:
I won an Amazon giftcard so immediately picked up 2 light-hearted romance stories from authors I really like because I’m just in that kind of mood. I also received the latest Kitty Hawk book to review, which is a fun YA adventure series.
