You may have noticed that I switched to the new blog look that I created. If you didn’t notice, then come and take a look. I am loving it. And for those of you who voted for the zebras, never fear, I may bring them back some day. I just needed a change.

Yesterday was the Ontario Blog Squad Meetup. It was awesome, with about 71 people attending. Of which, there were 3 guys. That is a crazy guy to girl ratio. I had a great time. It was loud and crazy, so I never got a chance to talk to a lot of people, but it was fun and the food was amazing. I think I need to plan a few afternoons in Toronto so I can have a real chance to chat with people.

Books read:
FlutterThis is a creative YA romance with a heavy mystery angle. Very emotional.

Books received:

Welcome to Last Chance The Second Rule Of Ten Legends of Darkness Vine Stone Cold

Welcome to Last Chance (Last Chance #1) by Hope Ramsay
The Second Rule Of Ten (A Tenzing Norbu Mystery #2) by Gay Hendricks and Tinker Lindsay – Netgalley book
Legends of Darkness (Remnants of Life #1) by Georgia L. Jones – upcoming book tour
Vine: An Urban Legend by Michael Williams – upcoming book tour
Stone Cold by Joel Goldman

Ont blog meetup haulThis is my haul from the Ontario Blog Squad Meetup. I came home with 21 books! But since I took 17 to be given away, I think I did a good job at not adding to my shelves too much. It’s too many to list, but you can check them all out on their special Goodreads shelf.

Winners:
see separate post earlier this week

  1. You got a few books different than my bag! I got Iron King (Instead of Queen) and no Mr. Penumbra’s (or was that a trade for you?) Will have to see what other books I don’t recognize. I’m going to copy your idea of a Goodreads shelf. Thanks again for taking me with you!

    • Just the 5 on top were trades, everything else was in the bag.
I already have Iron King, so that’s cool. And yes, Mr Penumbra was in the bag. I’ll be looking for your shelf 😉
