Happy April Fool’s Day! And welcome to April. Hopefully spring will be coming full force now.

Question: What is the book that you really don’t want to admit to loving??

Coincidentally, just this past weekend, myself, my mom and my sister-in-law were talking about something similar. I told them how when I was a teenager, I loved reading Harlequin romances. But was embarassed, so I used to hide them inside other books. I don’t read them much anymore.

Question: Since today is April Fool’s Day in the USA, what is the best prank you have ever played on someone OR that someone has played on you?

I’m not a fan of pranks. I don’t play them. But I remember when I was about 19, my boyfriend at the time playing a horrible prank that he really regretted. Do you remember when Internet screamers were popular (look at a picture for a few minutes, and then something horrible pops up on screen)? This is when those first became big. It sent me one, and when the horror popped up, I freaked. I jumped backwards out of the chair, and started having hysterics. He never played another prank again.

But here I am. And I'm glad! To dispel any false impressions people may have had about me being a old, stodgy fuddy-duddy I'm happy to share some of my very best pranks with you.

Highlights include – low-grade explosives, eggs and salt shakers. Get all the side-splitting details over on my blog – http://www.howardsherman.net

They date back to my younger years as a Brooklyn boy which brings about some introspection.

I'm going to go pull some pranks today. Look out world! I'm coming out of prankster retirement!
